What is the 21-Day Coverage timeline?

Full coverage will be rolled out over 2 weeks from the release date to fulfill the promised reach.

REPORTING

What kind of reports will I receive?

You’ll receive three types of reports to keep you fully informed:
Daily Coverage Report: A summary of coverage achieved each day.
Daily Coverage Plan Update: A daily plan showing upcoming coverage activity, sent via email and WhatsApp by 11 AM.
End-of-Month (EOM) Report: A comprehensive report at the end of the month summarizing performance and key metrics.

What metrics are included in the reports?

Reports include the following key performance indicators:
Ad Value: Estimated cost of equivalent ad space.
PR Value: Estimated value of earned media coverage.
Sentiment Analysis: A breakdown of positive, neutral, and negative coverage.
Digital Metrics: Engagement and reach across online platforms (views, clicks, shares, etc.).

CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY

What happens if there’s an error in the published content?

We will verify the error with you and request a correction or reprint. However, we are not responsible for errors made by the client and cannot republish the same content.

IMAGE GUIDELINES

How many images should I provide?

Media usually prefers 1 image, and no more than 2 should be shared per press release.

What format should the images be in?

Images should be in landscape format or profile shots (headshots).

What types of images should I avoid for press releases?

Please do not include:
Product-only images
AI-generated images
Heavily branded visuals

What types of images work best?

Use editorial-style images featuring people, events, or action shots that tell a story. These are more engaging and media-friendly.

EDITORIAL RIGHTS

Can the content be changed by editors?

Yes, editors have the right to make content changes. They can make content changers within the framework of the story, information can be added only as a value addition to the original story

Will I see exclusive interview content before it’s published?

No, editors will not share exclusive interview articles before publication.

PUBLICATION & RELEASE TIMING

How is the release timing determined?

Based on the news value. High national news value gets published sooner. Low-priority news may take up to two weeks.

When should I submit content for Sunday publications?

Submit content by 11 AM on Wednesday to target Sunday publications.

What’s the best time to send content for daily news?

Send content by 10:30 AM daily to allow 30 minutes for dissemination, targeting a 11 AM release.
